JUDGMENT

[1]It was not reasonably practicable for the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal to have been brought by 11 November 2017 (the limitation period).[2]The further period in which it was reasonably practicable for it to have been presented was up to and including 14 November 2017 and the complaint was presented in time.[3]The just and equitable limitation period within which the claimant’s complaint that his dismissal was an act of disability discrimination was to have been brought is up to and including 14 November 2017 and the complaint was presented in time.[4]Limitation concerning any further disability discrimination complaints pursued has not been determined.
