[1]In an order sent to the parties on 6 November 2018 the parties were informed that the proceedings are stayed until further order.[2]They were further informed that no further action shall be taken in respect of this case unless the claimant makes an application for the case to be restored to the list for hearing and provides evidence, including medical evidence, explaining why the claimant could not pursue the proceedings until now and further a statement that the claimant is now able to actively pursue the proceedings to a conclusion.[3]There has been no response from the parties.[4]The claim is not being actively pursued.[5]The complaints are therefore struck out.
