Issued pursuant to Rule 21 Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 THE TIME for presenting a response having expired and no response having been presented it is adjudged that :-[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and shall pay the Claimant £158.12 gross (unpaid wages from May, June and July 2017 totalling £96.42 + sick pay of £89 from August 2017 - £27.30 overpaid in November 2017).[2]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant in lieu of annual leave accrued but untaken on termination of her employment and shall pay the Claimant £307.50 gross (26 weeks of holiday year expired on termination of employment gives 2.8 weeks’ annual leave accrued x average weekly pay £109.82).
