The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The Claimant failed to attend a Preliminary Hearing for case management on 15 January 2021. The Tribunal wrote to her on 9 February 2021 asking her to confirm whether she intended to continue with her claim. She did not respond.[2]The Tribunal wrote to the Claimant again on 19 March 2021 warning the Claimant that it was considering striking out her claim because it was not being actively pursued. She was informed that if she wanted to object to her claim being struck out, she needed to provide the reasons for her objection in writing, or request a hearing at which she could make them, by 2 April 2021. The Claimant did not respond to that letter.[3]The claim is therefore struck out, the Tribunal being satisfied that it is not being actively pursued.
