JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent is correctly named as Extreme Cleaning Solutions Ltd and the record is amended accordingly.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,186.66 in respect of unpaid wages and the gross sum of £362.95 in respect of holiday accrued but untaken as at the date of the termination of employment.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a further sum of £645.24 pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 (failure to provide written statement of employment particulars).
