JUDGMENT

[1]Capital Autobodys LLP is substituted as the correct Respondent to this claim. The claim was served on “Capital Autobodys”, and I am satisfied that the claim form has come to the attention of Capital Autobodys LLP.[2]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed on withdrawal by him.[3]On the available material a determination can properly be made of the Claimant’s claim for pay in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday.[4]That claim is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1728 in lieu of 18 days’ accrued but untaken holiday.[5]If any tax is payable on this sum, the Claimant is responsible for paying it.[6]The hearing on 15 February 2023 is cancelled.
