JUDGMENT

[1]These claims for damages for breach of the contractual right to notice of termination of employment succeed.

[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant Mr Mosley damages in the sum of £485.40.

[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant Mr Bradshaw damages in the sum of £405.40.
