[1]By consent, the claims against the Second and Third Respondents are dismissed.[2]The following allegations, as set out in paragraph 7 of the case management summary in the Order of 13 January 2022, are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant:2.1 in allegation 3, the allegation of victimisation insofar as it is based on the Claimant’s complaint of 13 December 20182.2 allegation 4 insofar as it relates to PC Milligan.2.3 in allegation 5, the allegation that the backdated warning was victimisation Case No. 1805822/20202.4 in allegation 5, the allegation that the backdated warning was direct discrimination or victimisation by Inspector Ballard2.5 in allegation 5, the allegation that the attempt to expedite the Claimant’s dismissal was victimisation2.6 allegation 6[3]All the remaining allegations fail and are dismissed.
