[1]The claim that the Claimant was subjected to a detriment of being paid less remuneration as an act of direct discrimination because of his disability is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]By consent, the Claimant was at all material times, and is a disabled person.[3]The Claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to hearing on 11 – 13 February 2019.
