JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s accepted unfair dismissal complaint presented in a claim form on 20 June 2018 with claim number 1806830/2018 (“the third claim”) is dismissed: the claimant did not have two years’ service and advanced no reason why the requirement did not apply. The third claim is therefore concluded.[2]For the same reason the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal presented in a claim form with number 1805773/2018 (the second claim), accepted on 12 June 2018, is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination presented in the second claim is dismissed on her withdrawal before me today.[4]The claimant’s complaint of age discrimination (direct age discrimination and harassment) presented in the second claim is struck out because it has no reasonable prospects of success.[5]The second claim is therefore concluded.
