JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £3073.08 being the amount of the unauthorised deduction from the wages earned by the claimant between 4 July and 27 July 2022 inclusive.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £271.15 being the gross amount due to the claimant by way of compensation for holiday accrued but untaken as at 27 July 2022.[4]The claimant’s complaint that he was wrongfully dismissed by the respondent fails and stands dismissed.[5]The sum of £3344.23 shall be paid by the respondent to the claimant on or before 14 February 2023.
