EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1805761/2022
Mr D AshClaimantBrontae's (Horsforth) Limited (a dissolved company)Respondent
Employment Judge Cox DateDate 9 November 2023

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The Respondent company was dissolved on 16 May 2023. At the Hearing on 7 July 2023 the claim was stayed for six months to give the Claimant an opportunity to apply to the Court for the Respondent to be restored to the Register of Companies.[2]By a letter dated 28 October 2023 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant warning him that it was considering striking out his claim because it could not be pursued against a dissolved company. It directed him to provide any objections to that proposal by 6 November 2023, and provide a copy of his application to restore the Respondent to the Register.[3]The Claimant has not responded to that letter.[4]The claim is therefore struck out.
