[1]The claim for damages for breach of contract by failure to give notice of termination succeeds.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant damages of £484.62.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a further £711.54 under Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the Claimant with a written statement of his main terms and conditions.[4]The claims of unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, sex discrimination and age discrimination are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.
