JUDGMENT

[1]By consent, the Claim Form is amended so as to substitute Health and Social Care Information Centre T/A NHS Digital as the correct name of the Respondent.[2]The complaints of unfair dismissal and sex discrimination succeed.[3]There will be a Remedy Hearing at Leeds Employment Tribunal on 16 April 2019 at 10 am (time allocation one day).[4]By 22 January 2019 the Claimant shall send to the Respondent a witness statement and any other documents on which he intends to rely at the Remedy Hearing. The Respondent will be responsible for the production of any bundle of documents to be used by the Tribunal. REMEDY JUDGMENT[1]In relation to the complaint of unfair dismissal, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant compensation in the sum of £1,262.88 (basic award £912.88; compensatory award £350). The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.[2]In relation to the complaints of sex discrimination, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant compensation in the sum of £16,699.73).
