JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent dismissed the claimant by reason of redundancy on 1 March 2022.[2]The respondent shall make a redundancy payment to the claimant in the sum of £7140. (This is calculated upon the basis of the claimant’s gross weekly wage in the sum of £280, his 17 years’ service and the application of the relevant multiplier of 1.5 to each year of service).[3]The respondent shall make the redundancy payment referred to in paragraph 2 on or before 25 August 2023.
