[1]The Claimant was an employee of the Respondent;[2]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant the full amount of wages due for June 2021 and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,527.50, being the total gross sum deducted. That is calculated as follows: £22,650 annual salary / 12 = £1,887.50 Minus £360 paid = £1,527.50[3]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of the employment and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £522.72, being the gross sum due.
