JUDGMENT
Upon the parties having agreed terms and by consent it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant:[1]The sum of £738.17 gross in settlement of the claimant’s complaint that he suffered an unlawful deduction from his wages.[2]The sum of £288.00 gross in settlement of the claimant’s claim for compensation for holiday accrued but untaken as at the date of termination of his contract of employment.[3]The sum of £1,026.17 (being the gross sum due) shall be paid to the claimant on or before 31 December 2020.
