JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of a failure to make reasonable adjustments in paragraph 3.1.2 of the list of issues in page 65 of the hearing bundle of harassment related to disability and of discrimination for something arising in consequence of disability are dismissed upon their withdrawal.[2]Upon the remaining complaints of a failure to make reasonable adjustments: 2.1. Those in paragraphs 3.1.1 and 3.1.3 of the list of issues in page 65 succeed. 2.2. That in paragraph 3.3 of the list of issues in page 66 fails and is dismissed.[3]It is just and equitable to extend time until 28 September 2023 to vest the Tribunal with jurisdiction to consider the complaint paragraph 2.2 of this judgment.
