JUDGMENT
[1]The first respondent failed to comply with its obligations under regulation 14 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.[2]The second respondent has not failed to comply with its obligations under regulation 13 or 14 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006[3]The respondents are orders to pay each of the claimants (except the first claimant, UNISON) compensation equivalent to two weeks’ pay.[4]In the event that parties are unable to agree the amount of the compensation payable to each claimant by 10 December 2021, they must write to the tribunal and each other stating this and explaining what remains in dispute and why.
