JUDGMENT
[1]The series of acts of which the claimant complains ended on 7 December 2017.[2]The claimant commenced mandatory early conciliation on 7 March 2018 and presented her claim to the Employment Tribunal on 16 May 2018.[3]Accordingly, the claimant’s claim was presented outside the relevant time limit in circumstances in which it was reasonably practicable to have filed the claim in time.[4]The Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to entertain the claimant’s claim which stands dismissed.
