[1]The First Respondent is, by agreement, correctly named as Harrogate Coach Travel Ltd and the record shall be amended accordingly.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal against both Respondents is stuck out, the Tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear it given him not having been employed by the First Respondent for at least 2 years.[3]The Claimant’s complaint of race discrimination against the Second Respondent is dismissed upon his withdrawal of it.
