JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant did make the qualifying protected disclosures which he alleged.[2]The complaint of detriment on the ground that those protected disclosures were made fails.[3]The complaint that the claimant’s dismissal was automatically unfair either under the provisions of the Employment Rights Act 1996 section 100 (Health and Safety) or section 103A (Protected Disclosure) also fails.[4]Save that the respondent may have underpaid accrued holiday pay by no more than 50p that complaint fails or alternatively no award is made having regard to the trivial amount involved.
