The claim is dismissed.REASONS
The claim for notice pay was withdrawn by email of 22nd December 2020. On 7th July 2021 the Respondent provided documentary evidence that a redundancy payment had in fact been made to the Claimant on 24th April 2020, before the issue of these proceedings. The Claimant was invited to comment upon that evidence but failed to do so. The Claimant’s representative came off the record on 28th July 2021. The only possible claim outstanding is for procedurally unfair dismissal in respect of that redundancy. As the Claimant has not attended to pursue any claim (notwithstanding the fact that the admission of a late Response has not yet been determined) the claim is dismissed.
