JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claims for unlawful deduction from wages and breach of contract in respect are well founded.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £315.35 being the amount of the unlawful deduction from wages properly payable to the claimant in respect of furlough pay for the period between 25 July and 31 July 2020.[4]The tribunal makes no award in the claimant’s favour by way of compensation for holiday which the claimant accrued but did not take in the leave year 1 January – 31 December 2019. The claimant was not entitled to carry over any accrued but untaken holiday.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £315.35 to the claimant. The respondent shall pay the sum due to the claimant on or before 15 December 2020.
