JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims as follows are dismissed by consent on withdrawal: -1.1 Direct Disability Discrimination;1.2 Unlawful harassment in respect only of the raising by Ms L Chan of a grievance against the Claimant;1.3 Victimisation.REASONS
[2]At the Preliminary Hearing listed for today's date the Claimant was asked to clarify her claim in this action and confirmed that he no longer wished to pursue all of the claims identified by him in his ET1 and by me in my Case management Orders dated 16 December 2022. 1 of 2 Case Number: 1805399/2022[3]Accordingly the Claimant accepted that he need only proceed with his claims of Indirect Discrimination, Discrimination arising from disability, failure to make adjustments and parts of his harassment claims left extant in my Case management Orders of today’s date. 3. The Respondent readily consented to withdrawal without further recourse.
