JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well founded.[2]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,000.00 being the amount of the unauthorised deduction from wages properly payable to the claimant in respect of the bonus awarded to him on 13 August 2021.[3]The Tribunal makes no award in the claimant’s favour in respect of overtime pay the claimant did not receive while he was on garden leave between 23 August 2021 and 10 September 2021. As the claimant did not work any overtime during this period, he was not entitled to any overtime pay.[4]The total gross sum owed to the claimant is £1,000.00. The respondent shall pay the sum due to the claimant on or before 28 December 2021.
