JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,672.50 as compensation for unfair dismissal (comprising of a basic award of £1,170 and a compensatory award of £2,502.50).[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract (notice pay) and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant damages in the sum of £650.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant an additional sum of £1,560 pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 (failure to give statement of employment particulars).
