Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The claim was issued in the Leeds Employment Tribunals on 25 September 2022. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. A determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure. Accordingly:[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1,080.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of accrued expenses and bonuses. The respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant of £111.45.[3]The amounts ordered in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be paid to the claimant on or before 30 November 2022.[4]The hearing listed on 16 December 2022 is cancelled.
