The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]In a case management order dated 11 November 2020 I gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because it has not been actively pursued. She was ordered to write to the Tribunal by 18 November 2020 to explain why she did not join the telephone hearing.[2]The claimant has not made any representations in writing and has not contacted the Tribunal at all. The claim is therefore struck out pursuant to Rule 37 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure.
