By consent it is ordered that the Respondent shall pay the Claimant holiday pay in the sum of £480.00.REASONS
[1]At the outset of the hearing I asked the parties whether they agreed a sum that was outstanding in respect of holiday pay and they both agreed that the sum was £480.00 Case No: 1805278/2019[2]The Respondent had failed to pay the holiday pay claimed because of alleged conduct on the part of the Claimant. I pointed out to the Respondent that any conduct alleged against the Claimant was not relevant to holiday pay accrued due. The Respondent accepted this and I entered the above Judgment accordingly.
