The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £500 following a preliminary hearing held on 1 May 2020. The Order was sent to the claimant on 12 May 2020. It has not been varied and no application to vary or revoke it has been indeed received. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of direct and indirect disability discrimination are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. The Tribunal has no discretion to do otherwise. These form the entirety of the claimant’s complaints in these proceedings.[2]The hearing fixed for 4 September 2020 will not take place.
