JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deductions from wages was not validly presented within the relevant time limit, the date of the final payment of wages (a payment in lieu of untaken holiday) being 17 January 2020.[2]In the absence of any explanation from the claimant, he has not shown that It was not reasonably practicable for his claim form to have been presented within the time limit or that it was presented within a further reasonable period.[3]The Tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s complaint of unlawful deductions from wages, which is accordingly dismissed.
