JUDGMENT
[1]The title of the Respondent is amended to remove the extraneous reference to “(andrew Herrington)”[2]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in respect of outstanding commission payments still due and is ordered to pay to him compensation in the gross sum of £385.00[3]The complaint in respect of a financial loss sustained and attributable to underpayment of salary for March 2019 was not presented in time although it was reasonably practicable to have done so, and is dismissed.
