JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was at all material times from 8th January 2015 to the date of the alleged discrimination (December 2017/January 2018) a disabled person within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010.[2]The Claimant’s application to amend by adding the words “and adjustment disorder” to the description of his diagnosed disabling conditions in paragraph 4 of the Claim Form (ET1) is granted.[3]The application in the alternative to add a claim arising from a past disability under section 6 (4) of the Equality Act 2010 is not pursued.[4]The claim for a failure to make reasonable adjustments does not have little reasonable prospect of success.[5]The claim under section 15 of the Equality Act 2010 has little reasonable prospect of success and is subject to a separate Deposit Order.
