JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant did not present her complaint of unfair dismissal to the Tribunal within the period set out in section 111(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Tribunal cannot consider the complaint which is dismissed.[3]The claimant presented her complaint of unlawful disability discrimination to the Tribunal within the period which the Tribunal thinks just and equitable under section 123(1)(b) of the Equality Act 2010.[4]The Tribunal may consider the complaint which may proceed. The Tribunal has made separate Case Management Orders for the further conduct of the complaint.[5]The claimant’s complaints of breach of contract and in respect of entitlement to a redundancy payment are dismissed on withdrawal.
