Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages. It is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1800.00 and the sum of £348.in respect of additional financial loss sustained by him which is attributable to that deduction.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £612.00.[3]The Claimant’s request to be compensated for a loss of earnings of £1,625.00 is rejected because there is no basis on which that can be awarded to him.[4]The hearing listed on 14 June 2018 is cancelled.
