JUDGMENT
[1]Upon the claimant having presented a complaint that he suffered an unlawful deduction of wages in the sum of £21,250 gross and upon the claimant having received from the Insolvency Service a payment in the sum of £3,912 the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is that the claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction in the sum of £17,338 gross. That sum shall be paid to him by the respondent within 14 days.[2]The claimant’s complaints for a redundancy payment and for compensation for holiday accrued but untaken at the date of termination stand dismissed upon withdrawal.
