JUDGMENT
[1]With the parties’ consent, the name of the Respondent is substituted for Big D Vapes Limited.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in respect to her unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £540. This is a gross sum and the Claimant is responsible for the payment of any income tax and/or national insurance contributions that may be due on it.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in respect to her wages for August 2021 is not well-founded and is dismissed.
