JUDGMENT

[1]The names of the respondents are Thomas Berry and Natasha Ward t/a The Lime Leaf and the name of the respondent is amended accordingly by the consent of the parties.[2]The claimant was not unfairly dismissed by the respondents.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of a contract of employment. The respondents are ordered to pay the claimant damages of £79.63.[4]The respondents failed to pay the claimant the amount due to her under Regulation 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998. The respondents are ordered to pay the claimant £138.07.[5]The respondents did not make unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages.
