JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages in the sum of £65 (DBS check) is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s complaint under Regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 (non payment of accrued holiday pay) in the sum of £97.50 is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £97.50.[3]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages in the sum of £32.50 (uniform) is well founded and the Tribunal declares accordingly and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £32.50.[4]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages (non payment of salary) is well founded and the Tribunal declares accordingly and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £314.40.
