JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,600 under Section 24 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay which was due on termination of employment under the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £660 under Regulation 30 of the Regulations.[3]The Claimant was not provided with any statement of employment particulars in breach of Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and none was provided when the Claimant began these proceedings. Under Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,200.[4]The total of the above amounts which the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant is £5,460.
