[1]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant a basic award for unfair dismissal of £2026.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant compensation for financial losses caused by discrimination of £7923.54.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant interest on that sum of £458.48.[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant compensation for injury to feelings (including psychiatric damage) of £17000.[5]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant interest on that sum of £1967.34
