[1]EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS RULES OF PROCEDURE RULE 21 1. The Claimant’s claims for unauthorised deduction from wages and for pay in lieu of accrued but untaken holiday are dismissed on withdrawal by her. Her remaining claims will proceed in accordance with the case management orders made today. JUDGMENT

[1]By a letter dated 29 May 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because The claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 8 January 2020. Claimant has not complied with letter from Tribunal dated 15 May 2020 confirming to Tribunal she has send documents to respondent. it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed 15- 16 June 2020 will not take place.
