[1]By a letter dated 11 June 2018 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a Hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: the Claimant failed to attend the Hearing on 23 May 2018 and the Claimant failed to reply to the Tribunal’s letter dated 24 May 2018 indicating that the claim is not being actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has made no representations as to why the claim should not be struck out or requested a Hearing. The claim is therefore struck out on the ground that it is not being actively pursued.
