The Tribunal’s Judgment sent to the parties on 18 May 2018 is hereby revoked. Nevertheless, the Claimant’s complaints are struck out, the Tribunal having no jurisdiction to hear them. The claim was submitted (significantly) after the expiry of the applicable 3 month time limit and in circumstances where the Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to have been submitted in time or that the claim was submitted within a reasonable time after the expiry of the time limit.
