JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed. The Tribunal awards no compensation for that unfair dismissal.[2]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £293.76.[3]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of her contractual right to notice of termination. The Respondent shall pay her damages of £293.76.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant the holiday pay to which she is entitled. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £301.10 in respect of that entitlement. Case Nos: 1804936/2019[5]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1,010.50 in respect of that deduction.
