Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages contrary to section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and is ordered to pay to the claimant the amount of the unauthorised deductions in the sum of £389.97 gross.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out as the claimant did not have the period of two years’ employment with the respondent to be entitled to the right not to be unfairly dismissed.[3]The hearing on 17 January 2020 is vacated.
