JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The claimant was wrongfully dismissed.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant damages for the wrongful dismissal in the sum of £661.52, being two weeks’ gross pay.[4]The respondent shall pay to the claimant compensation for the unfair dismissal of £7,372.13, comprising a basic award of £992.28 and a compensatory award of £6,379.85. The compensatory award comprises losses of earnings for a period of four months of £4,966.35, loss of pension of £172 and loss of statutory rights of £661.52, to which is added a 10% uplift for the breach of the ACAS Code, being £579.98.[5]The recoupment provisions do not apply.
