JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the claimant in the sum of £822 net and shall pay that sum to the claimant.[2]The respondent failed to pay to the claimant holiday pay in respect of untaken leave outstanding at the termination of his employment and shall pay to him the sum of £803.33 gross in respect of that entitlement.[3]The respondent breached the terms of the claimant’s contract of employment by failing to give him notice of its termination and shall pay to him damages for the breach in the sum of £1004.18, being 2 weeks of gross pay.
