JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant has suffered an unauthorized deduction from her wages and the respondent is ordered to pay her the sum of £1500 for unpaid wages from 10 February to 16 March 2018 and £11.67 for pension contribution for the months of December 2017 and January and February 2018.[2]The claimant was entitled to 5 days accrued holiday pay on termination of employment. The respondent did not pay the claimant and sum and is now ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £300.[3]The claimant’s contractual right to notice was breached and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the sum of £300.[4]All sums above are net.
